#1: Eat Healthy Meals! Insteae of the sugary cereal, Captin crunch for breakfast, try Special K with your favorite kind of fruit! Or cheerios with cut up fruit!
Or instead of that calorie filled candy bar, Have a granola bar! You can choose from fruits, chololate chips, cereals, and tons more of them!
Or instead of a cupcake, have a berry muffin! Much more nutricious and healthy!
#2: Go for a jog!
Taking a morning jog evey morning is very healthy for your heart! You should jog before you eat anything. It will help you lose the most weight and help you gain more muscle. But if your busy in te morning, you could go anytime!
#3: Bike!
Biking will get your legs more muscular! If your trying to trim down your legs, biking and running are the best for that! If you bike often, your on a roll!
